Prices;

Payment is expected either prior too, or on the day of receiving Joanne’s healing session. 

Joanne is open to making the pricing work for you. Monthly installments can be arranged. If arranged, payments must be paid on time each month. 

There is no refund for arriving late to the scheduled start time. 

If you opt to stop attending an agreed amount of sessions, or a workshop,  there will be no refund. 

Privacy;

Our time together; either remotely, or in-person is sacred and will never be discussed with others.

Joanne is not here to judge you on what you share. Joanne is here to support and guide you.

Cancellation: 

Joanne asks for you to show up on time for all appointments. 

For a full refund you must give 48hours notice. 

Please give Joanne at least 48 hours of notice if you’re in need of rescheduling a 1:1 call or intuitive womb experience. 

Of course, exceptions will be made in case of illness, emergency and natural disasters. Please keep Joanne informed as soon as you can, via email joanne@theintuitivetouch.co.uk or; 07968824321. 

Joanne’s personal cancellation;

As a mother-to-two, there will be times when Joanne may need to reschedule. Joanne asks for your understanding of her own family dynamics and personal needs. Joanne will be sure to give you as much notice as possible. 

All cancelations will be rescheduled.

Intuitive Self-Healing is not a replacement to counselling. 

That Joanne is not medically trained, and will never give out medical advice. If you are concerned about anything, please seek advice from your GP.

If you are calling in a baby, please be aware that there’s no guarantee on the outcomes of Joanne’s work. However, there’s always plenty of hope.
