The type of personal information Joanne collects:

Joanne's site will automatically collect certain information about your device, such as cookies that are stored on your device. As you browse the site, information about how you have interacted with the site will be collected. For more information, see my cookie policy.

When you book a session, information such as name, delivery address and payment information will be collected.  

You are welcome to join my email marketing list. To receive my intuitively led marketing emails, you must provide your name and email address. And then, with your permission, I will send you emails with news and information about my products and services. 

What I do with the information collected:

Your order and address information is collected to fulfil the order and provide you with invoices/confirmation of your order.  

I use your email address to send you marketing emails about my products and services, with your permission.

Do I share your personal information?

I only share your information with 3rd parties to help provide you with our products and services: 

I use Squarespace to power online booking forms

I use Mailchimp for email marketing.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are most commonly the following circumstances:

How we store your personal information

I keep your email address and order information for as long as it is necessary.  When no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymised.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask to transfer the personal information you gave me to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
